We have nine fully converted schools across Tameside & Derbyshire. Our Tameside schools are, Buckton Vale (Stalybridge), Discovery Academy (Hattersley), Greenside Primary School (Droylsden), Holden Clough Community School (Ashton under Lyne), Inspire Academy (Ashton under Lyne), Poplar Street Primary School (Audenshaw), Yew Tree Primary School (Dukinfield) & Wild Bank Community School (Stalybridge). Our Derbyshire school is Gamesley Primary School (Glossop).

Applying for a Nursery place at one of our Trust Schools:

For our school’s who have a Nursery Class you can view their Nursery Admissions Policy on their School website (see links below). Nursery admissions are dealt with by the individual school, if you would like to apply to a Victorious Academies Trust school for a Nursery Place, please complete the Nursery Expression of Interest Form (click here) and email or post direct to the school (details below).Nursery children usually start school the September after they turn 3 years old. If there are places available some schools offer an additional January and April intake where the child would start earlier than the September, pupils are eligible to start the term after they turn 3 years old. For more information please contact the individual school.Please note that unfortunately attendance at a Trust School Nursery does not guarantee a place in Reception at that school.

Applying for a Reception place at a one of Trust Schools:

Tameside Schools

Our Tameside Trust schools follow the co-ordinated admissions process managed by Tameside Council. You can apply for a place from 1st November (every year), please go to the following link to apply https://admission.tameside.gov.uk/CitizenPortal_LIVE/Account/Login or go to https://www.tameside.gov.uk/admissions. Schools are notified in April which pupils have been allocated a place at their school, Parents are also notified in April which school their child has been allocated.

Derbyshire Schools

Our Derbyshire Trust school follows the co-ordinated admissions process managed by Derbyshire County Council. You can apply for a place from 1st November (every year), please go to the following link to apply https://www.derbyshire.gov.uk/education/schools/school-places/apply-for-a-school-place.aspx or go to https://www.derbyshire.gov.uk/home.aspx. Schools are notified in April which pupils have been allocated a place at their school, Parents are also notified in April which school their child has been allocated.
